(We had to choose between these two Mondays when making the scheduled and chose the 31st off so everyone could spend the evening with their families if they wanted to trick or treat that night!)
We ALMOST have enough items to pack 100 Operation Christmas boxes this year! All we need is 60 WOW gifts!
We need your help collecting 30 boy and 30 girl gifts by November 2nd.
A WOW item is a little bigger, special shoebox item that captures each shoebox recipient's attention when they open their shoebox gift. Here are some examples:
Baby Doll, Barbie: small enough to fit in a shoebox with other items,
Soccer ball (not inflated, make sure to include a manual air pump so that the ball can be reinflated.)
Stuffed animal
An outfit of clothing to wear (size according to age)
Small musical instrument (such as a harmonica or woodwind recorder)
A backpack (that can fold up easily)
Your WOW gift donation will get a box and the Gospel on its way to a child! If you are planning to do a toy drive this year, we encourage you to do one that will impact a child and their families for eternity!
Drop off for WOW gifts will be by the office at Faith Baptist in the foyer or we can pick them up! Just message us!

God wants to reach the world and He wants to reach the world through you. How crazy that the most powerful, sovereign, all knowing God would ask for volunteers! He has all resources at His disposal, legions of angel armies and yet God is willing to let you be a part of His redemptive plan.

Check your email from your Small Group Facilitator for your small group’s prayer focus to implement in your personal prayer time as well as the group prayer time(at the beginning of small group time!!!) in our next meeting.

This week we are going to be introduced to the Kingdom Mission. Jesus will commission the disciples with very specific instructions to go to very specific people.
Take inventory this week and ask God to show you where and how He wants to use you. Write your mission down and create a mission plan. Devoted is always looking to equip, encourage, and empower women to walk boldly in their calling. We are here to support you!
