JOY OF SALVATION

This week and in your small group time pray over these specific items regarding the theme of experiencing joy in our salvation. Don’t limit yourself to this, it is just a guide and suggestion.

  • Pray Psalm 51:12: “Restore the joy of your salvation to me, and sustain me by giving me a willing spirit.” (CSB)

  • Take time and reflect on your own moment of conversion and praise God for the gift of salvation. Praise Him for Mercy and grace.

  • Pray for those who have yet to receive salvation.

EXAMPLE TO SHOW YOU HOW SIMPLE IT CAN BE! DON’T OVER COMPLICATE THE “PRAYER FOCUS” EACH WEEK! <3

God, Restore the joy of your salvation to me, help me to treasure the miracle that you have saved me. Holy Spirit please sustain me in all I am called to by giving me a willing spirit to do all that you have assigned to me- In the big things but also in the ordinary everyday rhythms of life, Lord. I thank you for being merciful toward me, God, for sending Jesus to pay the debt of my sin. I praise you for your grace in which you gifted me eternal life when I didn’t deserve it. God I pray for all those who have yet to bow their knee to you as Savior, may their hearts open wide to receive your love. Use me Lord to proclaim your goodness and truth to those who need to hear it.

  • The holidays are quickly approaching! Devoted has decided to help with Operation Christmas Child this year! We will be challenging each of you to fill as many boxes as God calls you to. Please be praying over what God is calling us to do, for this ministry, and all the sweet babies that will receive a box this year.
