From Glory to Glory

TODAY’S THE DAY!

Verse: 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Prayer Focus: Thank God for His transforming power and pray for a fresh outpouring of His presence at the retreat.

Walking in God’s Glory

Key Verse: Isaiah 60:1 Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.

Prayer Focus: Pray that every woman will walk in her God-given purpose, carrying His glory into her home, workplace, and community.

The Power of the Holy Spirit

Key Verse: Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

Prayer Focus: Pray for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Ask God to fill every woman with boldness, strength, and spiritual gifts.

Key Verse: Ephesians 4:3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.

Prayer Focus: Pray against division, gossip, or distractions. Ask for a strong bond of love and sisterhood at the retreat.

A Heart of Worship

Key Verse: John 4:23-24 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.

Prayer Focus: Pray for a spirit of worship to fill every woman’s heart. Ask God to remove distractions and draw each person into deeper intimacy with Him.

The Hope of Glory

Verse: Romans 8:18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

Prayer Focus: Pray for hearts to be encouraged, knowing that present trials cannot compare to the coming glory.

Fixing Our Eyes on Eternity

Verse: Colossians 3:1-4 If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

Prayer Focus: Ask God to help each of us set our minds on things above and live with an eternal perspective.

Walking in the Spirit

Verse: Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

Prayer Focus: Pray for the fruit of the Spirit to be evident in the lives of those attending the retreat.

Verse: John 17:17 Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.

Prayer Focus: Ask God to sanctify each of us through His truth. Pray for a deep hunger for His Word.

Prayer Focus: Pray for perseverance in the process of sanctification, knowing that God is faithful to complete His work.

Prayer Focus: Reflect on the peace that comes from being justified by faith. Ask God to help us fully embrace His grace.

Surrender to God’s Glory

Verse: 2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Prayer Focus: Thank God for the gift of salvation through Jesus. Pray for hearts to be open to His transforming power.
